Margaret Bielak, who served as a research attorney with the California Court of Appeal’s First District for nearly a quarter century, has joined CALG’s San Francisco office.
During her time with the First District, Margaret was the Lead Appellate Court Attorney in the Chambers of Presiding Justice Alison Tucher in Division Three. She was also a senior research attorney in the Chambers of Justice Maria Rivera in Division Four. In those roles, Margaret helped the justices analyze and decide hundreds of appeals touching on virtually every area of California law. She also served as a law clerk on the California Supreme Court, for Justice Edward Panelli, and practiced with a large national law firm.
Margaret will be CALG’s 27th appellate attorney.
